My first room had hygiene issues, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the staff addressed it promptly and moved me to a better room later. The food options in the hotel were limited and pricey, but the quality was decent. Breakfast was good. I recommend the buffet. The location is far from restaurants and shops, so plan to use local transportation for options outside the hotel. I appreciate the effort from the staff but renovations are definitely needed. Some facilities felt a bit run down and outdated. That said, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the hospitality of the staff.

I experienced unforgettable moments watching baby sea turtles make their first swim to the sea. it was truly heartwarming! The staff, especially Richie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical and full of fun activities.

We went snorkeling at the coral reef and had such a great time riding the FlowRider®. Perfect way to wrap up summer! The staff was friendly, and the pools were beautiful. Just a heads up, some activities might be limited, but we enjoyed what was available.

The resort provides easy access to beautiful parks and remarkable landmarks, making it perfect for a weekend explorer like me who loves walking through cities and admiring breathtaking views. additionally, the nearby Playa Delfines was just a pleasant stroll away and offered stunning beach scenery that truly enhanced my experience. as a solo traveler, I felt comfortable enjoying the amazing restaurant with delicious food and great ambiance. but while the accessibility was fantastic, the service could use a bit more attention to detail for a more seamless stay.

The beach was perfect, and the staff were super friendly, especially Alex at the towel service, who was always hustlin'. Poolside snacks were on point too! Only downside? Sometimes it felt a bit crowded, but still loved every minute!
